Our host for the day is none other than perth icon Jerry Fraser. with a knife in one hand and a story in the other, jerry will guide you through the secrets of the sea, showcasing world-class Albany Rock Oysters from Leeuwin Coast, grown in the pristine, icy waters of Albany.
After a brief introduction, it’s your turn. Armed with your very own shucking knife (which is yours to keep), you’ll dive into an assortment of unshucked oysters.
