An under-used laneway in the heart of Leederville’s entertainment strip is transformed into a bustling food and entertainment precinct.
Inspired by Melbourne’s Guildford Lane, Electric Lane is rooted in local history with the Leederville Hotel being the first business in the area to have electric lights in 1905.
This is the start of a new social centre and true community hub for Leederville locals through hospitality, retail and entertainment spaces with something for everyone and every occasion, bringing together Leederville’s oldest pub with the newly created ABN Group headquarters and Home Collective display centre.
To build a home is one of the most significant moments in anyone’s life. The Home Collective is a place as much about the services and products as it is about the people here to help you find your place in a way that is personal, memorable and fun.
Be sure to experience Home Collective by ABN Group on your next visit to the Leederville Precinct.

The inception of Eesome was with the word itself, meaning “pleasing to the eye”.
Eesome is a hair studio that uses Aveda’s 100% vegan products which are high-performance without compromise. The space is unlike any other - a tranquil environment where guests can switch off and detach from the outside world, focusing on balancing themselves from scalp to soul.

No chiko! Taking inspiration from the industrial nature of its tenancy, this new restaurant in Leederville is in service of all-day aphrodesia. Roll in for a quick fix or stay for a full overhaul – always with a smile. The master in the kitchen is balance – its health versus hedonism and anything goes, as long as anything is excellent. The food will be genre-less, revelling in culinary cross-pollination – whole-y and holy-moly. Open 7 days for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Entry to Electric Lane is off 138 Oxford Street, Leederville or via The Leederville Hotel.
