An under-used laneway in the heart of Leederville’s entertainment strip is transformed into a bustling food and entertainment precinct.
Inspired by Melbourne’s Guildford Lane, Electric Lane is rooted in local history with the Leederville Hotel being the first business in the area to have electric lights in 1905.

This is the start of a new social centre and true community hub for Leederville locals through hospitality, retail and entertainment spaces with something for everyone and every occasion, bringing together Leederville’s oldest pub with the newly created ABN Group headquarters and Home Collective display centre.
